In the morning (7:00 am – 8:00 am) (October-March only)

Pranayama

Pranayama classes offer students the chance to explore a variety of breath-control methods, including alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodana), breath of fire (kapalabhati) and breath retention (kumbhaka), through a series of led practices.

Minimal verbal instructions are given, encouraging students to develop a deeper meditative state throughout the hour.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

Traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on a balance of meditative movement, breath awareness, and exploring the full potential of each posture; enabling students to infuse their physical asana practice with a deeper sense of devotion.

Explanations, modifications and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout,  helping all levels of practitioner to reach their unique potential.

Class Price: 200 rupees

In the evening (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm)

Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series (Mysore Style)

The Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series begins with verbal instructions, before allowing students to continue in the Mysore Style, practicing according to their own level.

Guidance, explanations and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout the class, along with individual variations, allowing students the opportunity to deepen their practice and understanding of the relationship between asanas in the sequence.
